We also specialise in upgrading the safety features of gate systems, therefore reducing the number of potential risks and hazards they may pose. In many cases we are able to bring the systems fully in line with all current safety regulations and in turn can CE mark the system
In accordance with the Supply of Machinery Regulations 1992, it is a requirement that anyone who owns or is responsible for an automated gate system, shall establish a fully documented maintenance regime in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.
It is also a requirement of British Standard BS12453 that an annual/bi-annual service inspection of the safety systems be carried out by a competent person.
